I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and close to public transportation. The staff was very helpful and gave me some great tips on where to go and what to do. The room was clean and spacious, with all the facilities I needed. Breakfast was provided in a nearby café and was delicious.
Cannot find any fault.

Convenient location close to the train station and a supermarket, also a working AC and kitchen were handy. The price/performance ratio was reasonable.
The breakfast was below standards and did not match the pictures advertised. The prepackaged pastries provided were stale, and no fresh fruit or cereals were offered.

This accommodation offers good value for money. the room was surprisingly quiet and soundproof, despite facing a busy street. the owner was very responsive and provided useful recommendations about the neighborhood. Breakfast in a nearby café was satisfying, and guests could show up whenever they wanted.
One aspect to consider is that the hotel is not staffed 24 hours a day, and there may be delays in meeting with the owner.

Clean rooms, large bedrooms, great terrace, helpful owner, friendly and responsive staff, convenient location near main station.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
